Partnership Benchmarking - An Overiew

Essentially, we facilitate a process whereby a group of organisations learn from one another how to improve the processes, services and products that make up the topic under study.

Data collection

Participating organisations collect data concerning the process you choose to study. A specific analysis report/ CD Rom for your organisation will then enable you to identify your organisation's strengths and your opportunities to improve relative to the other participants.

Structured learning - how to improve

You will then participate in a series of workshops and site visits, which are exclusive to partners of the benchmarking. A remeasure can then track your organisation's performance improvement after you have implemented recommendations.

You own the benchmarking study

The whole process, including the issues to be covered, is guided by a steering committee. The steering committee is made up of representatives of each partner organisation. Benchmarking Partnerships facilitate the meetings of the Steering Committee and the entire benchmarking process.

Investment

The base investment for each structured learning process varies depending on the choice of topic. This includes data analysis reports, reports of the various workshops of partners, but does not include your organisation's travel and accommodation. Regarding the data collection, we do all of the data entry and analysis.

Improvement outcomes

The end result is improvement of participating organisations. The improvement focus is facilitated by a special conference of partner organisations where they share what they have learned and what improvements they propose to implement. You also develop ongoing contacts with people in a range of organisations.

Our partnership benchmarking is significantly lower in cost relative to other offerings, you will gain accelerated learning and improvement through a series of facilitated workshops and site visits, a team of up to 5 of your people can participate, benchmarking training is included, and we manage most benchmarking administration e.g. finding partners, comparative benchmark gap analysis and reporting, organising knowledge transfer events. This keeps your resource input to a minimum while maximising your practical knowledge gain.
