    Bruce &/or Anton will discuss how to identify and prioritise your strategic focus for improvement through benchmarking and how to develop and measure the vital few KPIs that are important for you.  You will then practice an example of how to identify your most important topic and scope of improvement and how to undertake benchmarking to accelerate improvement of your performance by identifying innovative benchmarking partners.

    Participants will use tools and templates supplied to practice or discuss some key elements of the 9 Pillars to demonstrate their practical use and application – for example delegates to choose from:

    4 – Customer Centricity – see practical approaches by other organisations
    8 – Lean Strategy – interactive real life videos and tools
    2 – Process Innovation – how to develop a business case in only 4 days
    3 – Leadership for Results – understand and discuss the 3 key roles of leaders
    6 – Assessment – how to develop leaders and organizational capability
    9 – People Engagement – gaining buy-in and commitment
