Australian Best Practice Competition 2012 óRegistration
Tuesday 18th September

Join in and experience a one day workshop package at the wonderful Vibe Hotel, North Sydney, of Best Practices shared from leading and award winning organisations, active facilitation with delegates amongst the judging of the presenters for the Australian Best Practice Award winner/s who will be nominated for International Best Practice judgement at the World Business Capability Congress in Auckland in December.

Presenters include:

  • Lynne Blackbourn, Manager Strategic Planning and Improvement, University of Technology, Sydney sharing Value Chains as a driver for Process Improvement in a Leading University. This best practice application is focussed on development and implementation of a process model for a leading university based on 4 Value Chains with leading and enabling Processes.

  • Cynthia Payne, CEO, SummitCare(a recent Silver Australian Business Excellence Award winner) sharing ‘Excellence in Feedback Management System’. This best practice application is based on process excellence implementing best practice feedback/complaints handling across 9 residential Aged Care Centres in Sydney.

  • Margo Brewer, Director Interprofessional Practice, Curtin University sharing Curtin University’s very successful Interprofessional Education Program with international recognition. Curtin is only one of a few international universities who have delivered and sustained an interprofessional first year curriculum.

  • Other Best Practices from other leading organisations yet to be announced will be shared.
