Benchmarking Roadshow Saudi Arabia - 29 & 30 March 2011

Benchmarking Partnerships is pleased to lead the Global Benchmarking Network (GBN) in the 3rd GBN Benchmarking Roadshow to be held in Saudi Arabia from 29 to 30 March 2011. The GBN is an alliance of leading benchmarking centres worldwide who share a common vision and mission. Current Membership comprises more than 20 benchmarking centres which represent more than 30,000 businesses and government agencies.

To demystify the “what” and “how” of Benchmarking, GBN has instituted a hands-on educational workshop – The GBN Benchmarking Roadshow.

After successful Roadshows in Toronto, Canada in 2008 and Mumbai India in 2010, the 3rd GBN Benchmarking Roadshow is scheduled to be held in Khobar, Saudi Arabia on 29-30 March 2011. The Roadshow is being hosted by the Global Benchmarking Network through TeamOne’s BenchmarK SA, (Saudi Arabia) and Benchmarking Partnerships (Australia). The Roadshow is held in a different member country each time.

The theme for the Saudi Roadshow is ‘How to do Benchmarking Well’. It will also aim to showcase and delegates will practise How to Do Benchmarking learning the myths and best practices of Benchmarking, how to compare performance and what to do with the comparisons, how to find benchmarking partners, the Code of Conduct, finding best practices and the leadership of the implementation of vast improvements and innovations.

Dr Camp, author of the seminal works on Benchmarking will be the chief presenter at the Roadshow. He will be supported by subject matter experts from Australia, Germany and New Zealand.  TeamOne is the face of Saudi Arabia, and Benchmarking Partnerships that of Australia, in the GBN.
