Workshop Agenda:

9.00  Welcome/introductions, understanding your needs/ issues for cultural engagement & continuous improvement.
9.20  Organisational overview –We present/share best practice systems & then workshop your needs for focused engagement. 
10.00  Organisational focus. Your will be very clear on where you can serve best and who to serve well. Delegates please bring your strategic plan, any org development plans, your business unit plans etc for this session.
10.40  Morning tea
11.00   Systems modeling. ’Hands-on’ session guided by our expert facilitators to construct with you and your team a practical a focused model for your area and/or project focus.
12.30 Lunch
1.00  Relationships/ circle of influence. We share how you can best engage others and build strong interdependent relationships
1.30  Strategy mapping for clear KPI’s & continuous improvement. Delegates will be guided through best practice examples/models to construct their own ‘strategy tree’ of clear and aligned measures across outcomes, outputs, processes and inputs for your project/s and/or work area, knowing where you will be effective.

Cultural Engagement is knowing where you best fit in understanding the needs of others; building your circle of influence, and driving Continuous Improvement is having a very clear high performing business outcome focus aligned throughout with the right measures, refocusing your customer compass with all staff serving well having a clear line of sight.

  • A clear vision for you and your team aligned to your organisation’s vision and mission
  • Your ‘systems thinking’ model constructed with you and your team.

  • You will be guided to construct a strategy map for a real work process or project, to diagrammatically reveal right measures (KPI’s), the aligned planning and connections to ensure a clear high performing focus for your team
  • You will gain knowledge and skills for organisational buy-in to influence others on how they too can optimise cultural engagement driving continuous improvement & harmony in their work area.
