Workshop participants will practice developing a 1 page plan and strategy mapping the plan to other departments of the organisation also in a 1 page format so that people can see their contribution and measure their own performance.

This workshop session will cover:

  • A one page  prioritised strategic plan linked to higher level plans where appropriate & developed collaboratively in support of other  plans
  • One page plans aligned throughout your organisation with people engaged to deliver
  • Understand your core business processes
  • Strategy mapping for key outcomes

CUTTING COSTS, ELIMINATING WORKPLACE WASTE, BEING ON TIME AND IMPROVING QUALITY FROM YOUR PROJECTS.

Small teams of delegates will each implement a practical project according to planned specifications and timelines. As the teams do this,   they will progressively improve their productivity, quality and timeliness by applying the Learning Outcome tools and methods which will be briefly explained. These LEAN tools and methods will include:

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS / ACTION PLANNING - facilitated by Bruce Searles & Anton Benc.

Session Summary: This will be an open question and answer session to determine the best fit for you and then participants will be aided in developing an action plan(a way forward) for how your learnings will focus strategic alignment and  value for your organisation. The facilitation will focus towards what improvement strategy should be adopted in your organisation e.g. application of to Processes, Suppliers (Lean relationships), and Teamwork or through Leadership deployment. Gaining commitment and buy-in and resourcing / start up are some of the key issues that will be discussed in detail for you.
