Topic: KM – Visit and Meet the German KM Champions in Germany

Dates: Sunday evening 26 April to Thursday evening 30 April 2009

To register please fill out the form below. We will confirm all registrations within 24 hours.

Investment per person per day: early bird 600 Euro (register and pay by 28 February 2009)

Investment per person per day: 750 Euro (register after 28 February 2009). (10% discount for extra people registering at the same time from the same organisation).

Conditions: - Additional credit card charges of 3% for Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard;  5% for AMEX or Diners will be passed on to you. Invoice/receipt will be issued on registration. Fees do not include dinner (except dinner as indicated on Social program) nor breakfast on any day (to be included if possible in hotel accommodation). Lunches & morning & afternoon coffees are included. The only transport included is luxury coach travel on each day ( for delegates attending all 4 days) Tuesday to Friday to & from nominated hotel & to tour venues including between cities. Note that we may have to change hosts/speakers/dates and will let you know. Accommodation & other travel costs not included but we will arrange 4 star / 5 star  special rates and advise you where to book. Cancellations: must be received in writing.  Full refund 30 days prior to event. 50% refund between 30-15 days prior.  No refund less than 15 days prior. You may also be liable for your own transport & accommodation fees after cancellation.

 

Accommodation and Luxury Coach for your networking

 

We are negotiating 4 to 5 star accommodation at special rates and will advise you the details for you to make your own booking on receipt of your registration. You will be notified of our receipt of your registration by email within 48 hours and we will also send you a receipt if paying by credit card or an invoice with payment details if paying by EFT or cheque. Note that we are booking a Luxury Coach (included in your fees) for your travel within and between the various German cities for people joining us for all 5 days of the tour. The Coach will depart from Bremen at the nominated hotel on the morning of Monday 27 April and take you via our various site visits back to Frankfurt at the end of Tour. Further details will be provided with our acknowledgement of your registration. The luxury coach travel and social activities together with like-minded delegates from a range of industries will be a tremendous opportunity for you to network and share ideas and experiences.
