He will discuss the roles of the Project Management Office, the tools and techniques to achieve Governance of Benefits Realisation. He will explain how AXA keep Governance simple and how they overcame the resistance of senior management. He will also discuss issues and problems faced and how they overcame them.

In terms of tools – Rob will explain the role of some of the key tools AXA use, particularly reporting tools, business case structures/contents and project bidding tools (linking to the strategy process).
