9.00 Welcome/introductions, understanding your needs/ issues. 9.20 Organisational overview –We present/share best practice systems thinking examples & then workshop your needs for focused engagement. 10.00 Organisational focus. Your will be very clear on where you can serve best and who to serve well. Delegates please bring your strategic plan, any org development plans, your business unit plans etc for this session. 10.40 Morning tea 11.00 Systems modeling. ’Hands-on’ session guided by our expert facilitator to construct with you and your team a practical a focused model for your area and/or project focus. 12.30 Lunch 1.00 Relationships/ circle of influence. We share how you can best engage others and build strong interdependent relationships 1.30 Systems thinking - strategy mapping for clear KPI’s & continuous improvement. Delegates will be guided through best practice examples/models to construct their own ‘strategy tree’ of clear and aligned measures across outcomes, outputs, processes and inputs for your project/s and/or work area, knowing where you will be effective. 3.30 Afternoon tea 4.00 Systems Thinking - Action Planning.
